HELP I'm getting an error when I try and add items to my shopping cart!

Some people have reported getting this error when trying to add items to the cart. This error is misleading, the Tantrum shopping cart is very much active. We have spent a bit of time and have finally reproduced the error. It's caused by the privacy settings in your web browser. Basially you need to either accept cookies or set our hosting company 'peachtree.com' as allowed to send you cookies. That's how the shopping cart keeps track of items in your basket. Here's step by step instructions on how to make this change on Internet Explorer 6.

With Internet Explorer 6 open, click the TOOLS option in the menu bar, then select Internet Options.

With the Internet Options window open, click the Privacy tab and you'll see a screen like the one on the right. The quickest way to 'fix' the problem is to move the privacy slider to the Medium setting as shown. If you do that, click Apply, then OK. Close all your Internet Explorer windows and then open a new one up and you should be able to add to cart. For a solution that will let you keep your higher privacy settings but still let you shop at Tantrum, keep reading..

For the solution that lets you keep your privacy settings high but still lets you shop at Tantrum Paintball, click the Edit button from the Internet Options/Privacy screen. You'll get the Per Site Privacy Actions window up. In the white box under Address of Web Site, type in www.peachtree.com . Why is it Peachtree instead of TantrumPaintball you might ask? It's because the cart itself is run from Peachtree's site, not Tantrum. Once you've put www.peachtree.com in the box, click the ALLOW button. Once you've done that, you'll see peachtree.com in the Managed Web SItes list box and it should say Always Allow to the right. Click OK to accept the change and close this window. Click Apply and OK on the Internet Options window. Now close all your Internet Explorer windows then open a new one up and try to add something to your cart. It should now work..
