How fast do you ship?
We will do our best to get your order out within 24 hours. We ship Mon-Fri, we don't ship Sat or Sun. We process orders at 6pm PST so your order has to be in by then to ship tomorrow. So an order placed Tue @ 3pm would ship Wed. An order Tue @ 8pm would ship Thur and an order on Fri would ship Mon.
How fast is Express Mail?
Express is 1-2 days delivery time. So if you ordered express Tues, it would ship Wed and get to you Thur. If you live in a suburb, the same order would get to you Thur or Fri.
Do you ship International?
Yes we ship international as long as we can ship insured (some countries we can't so we won't ship there). All international packages are now being sent USPS Express insured with tracking. Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska we ship USPS Priority or Express, you choice, you're not considered international. Canada, you're Expressed now, i'm not doing priority or airmail anymore.
Do you ship to APO / FPO Addresses?
Until it becomes a problem, yes we do. You would choose domestic shipping for APO / FPO destinations.
Will you ship to P.O. Boxes or do C.O.D.?
We do ship to PO boxes but everything we ship needs to be signed for. So you'll probably get a pickup slip in your PO Box to take to a mail clerk to get your stuff. We also do NOT accept C.O.D. at this time due to the extra fees and such associated with C.O.D.
What happens if my items get lost or are damaged due to shipping?
For damaged items, you need to take your package to your post office and file a claim. We can assit you with that but it's something you have to do. Packages that are 'lost', we can't do anything about until 30 days after we've shipped, that's the US Postal Service's minimum 'lost' time. So you need to be patient for the first 30 days.
Will you split ship if an item is out of stock?
We no longer offer this. It's too hard for us to track split shippments and in general is leading to problems. If you place an order and an item is out of stock (we don't have realtime inventory tracking), you will be asked if you want the item removed or if you want your order held. If you'd like an item that is listed as out of stock and would like to be on a back-order list, by all means order that item. Your order will not ship, nor will you be charged until the item comes in and ships to you. |
