This form must be filled out and sent along with your item & receipt.

Most items are tested before shipped and checked for missing parts.

As of July 1 2003 our new return policy is as follows:

1.  RETURNS are no longer being accepted on anything but defective
    merchandise.
2.  EXCHANGES are OK on UNOPENED merchandise.  I'm aware sometimes you
    get something as a gift and it's wrong and things of that nature.  
    If it's unopened, I will take it back for an exchange for something 
    else.  However you only get the value of that item as an exchange, 
    shipping  will not be refunded and will be added to the new order for
    the exchanged part.
3.  DEFECTIVE merchandise is rare, I typically inspect and test items 
    before they're shipped.  In the event that an item is defective, you 
    have 15 days from the shipping date to contact me.  You can return it 
    and I will replace it free of charge.  After 15 days, you will need to 
    contact the manufacturer of the item and deal with them directly.  
    Special consideration is given to 'Tantrum' branded parts, contact me 
    if you have problems with a Tantrum item beyond the 15 day limit.
4.  If an item is returned there is a 7% restocking fee.

A note about defective parts.  If a part is doing it's job but it causes 
some secondary issue, this is NOT a defect and is not returnable.  An 
example of this is purchasing a bolt.  If you order a bolt and your upper
tube is a tad wider than normal, if the bolt causes blowback, it is not 
a defect unless the bolt specifically says it's designed to prevent 
blowback.  So if a shocktech bolt causes blowback but is otherwise 
functioning normally, it will not be considered defective.  If a Vapor 
bolt however causes blowback when it is designed to prevent blowback as 
one of it's features, then it would be considered defective.
