--------------------------------------------------------------------- TANTRUM PAINTBALL SERVICE CONTRACT --------------------------------------------------------------------- We've decided to create a basic service contract for all repairs done at Tantrum Paintball. This will help answer the most common questions we get and let you know what to expect. 1. CHARGES -We charge $40/hr to work on BKOs and non-LCD/PDS BM2Ks -We charge $50/hr to work on PDS and/or LCD enabled BM2Ks and based on history, it takes at least an hour to work on these guns with all the wires and extra complexity. -Part costs are over and above the above mentioned labor rate -Shipping & Insurance is also extra through USPS Priority 2. TURNAROUND TIME -We work on guns on the weekends. Standard turnaround time is 3 weeks or less (giving 3 weekends to work on your marker & obtain parts from ICD if needed). -Rush repairs have a service fee of $25 and will be looked at the day it arrives. We'll fix it as quickly as possible and get it back out to you. 3. PAYMENT -Once your marker is finished, we'll email you the total. -Payment will be done AFTER the repairs are complete. We are no longer accepting payment in advance. -Payment methods accepted are the same as on the store, credit card, money order or PayPal. 4. SHIPPING -Pack your marker well. We will not be responsible for lost or damaged markers. We expect you to send your marker to us insured and we will be sending it back to you insured. If something happens to your marker, we'll work with you and the carrier to file a claim in the amount of the insurance. We will not compensate you if your marker is lost. We will however sell you a new stock one at cost to help you out. -Most carriers have a 30 day deadline to file claims so let us know quickily so we can work with you to get that started. -Your repaired marker will be returned via USPS Priority insured for a specified amount AFTER payment is received.
